Meet Bec, The Heart Behind Argent Tax & Advisory
I started Argent Tax & Advisory because I believe the numbers in your business should never feel like someone else's territory.
Too many business owners I've met over the years have handed their books to an accountant and walked away feeling just as confused as when they walked in. They knew their tax was "done" — but they had no idea what it meant, what was coming, or whether they were actually on the right track. That always bothered me.
My job isn't just to lodge your returns and reconcile your accounts. It's to make sure you genuinely understand your tax and accounting position - so you can make decisions with confidence, not guesswork.
I'm a Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax Agent and Business Advisor, with over 15 years of experience working with business owners across South Australia. I've worked with people just starting out who needed someone to make sense of it all, and with established businesses navigating growth, restructures, and everything in between. What hasn't changed across any of those years? The clients who thrive are the ones who understand what's happening in their business.
I’ve chosen to keep Argent Tax & Advisory small and focused because being hands-on matters. It means I know you, your business, and your goals intimately.
At Argent Tax & Advisory, accounting is more than numbers, it’s about relationships, clarity, and supporting your journey toward a business that works for you. You are never just a file number; you’re a valued client. I speak with you regularly, not occasionally, and I pride myself on open communication and tailored advice.
I combine up-to-date technical knowledge with a friendly, human approach. From transactional processes and compliance through to proactive tax planning and strategic business advice, I deliver the full spectrum of accounting services with integrity and care. My goal is simple: to give you peace of mind and the freedom to focus on what matters most.
If you've ever left an accountant's office feeling like you needed a translator, I'd love to show you what it feels like when accounting actually makes sense. Let’s talk.
